Magnetic Separator
Magnetic Separator clarifies offer the excellent means of filtering for ferrous particles. Where purification is required and contaminates differ in form, size and composition, Magnetic Separator are recommended for Grinding, Honing, Transfer-lines and machining centre. It also can be used for rolling mills for filtering coolant which helps to improve the surface finish of the sheets.
Working
The contaminated coolant from the machine is fed into the inlet of magnetic separator. The dust particular are attracted and arrested by the magnetic drum. The magnetic drum attracts the dust particles when is goes between body and drum with the help of a scraper dust and allows squeezes by a synthetic rubber roller mounted on the spring drive powder stored into the dust collecting tray. It filters almost 95% for ferrous particles.
